It is built to give close contact and a balanced ride. The tree is rawhide covered with Quarter Horse bars and gullet. The horn is a 4 inch post with mule hide horn wrap. The swell is 9 inches wide and the cantle is 4 inches high and rawhide bound. Rigging is flat plate with brass hardware. The stirrups are metal bound wood; rawhide covered and side laced.
